How do I register for a HNF Essentials account?

For product details, you may select the product and check the “Details” or “Description” section below the product image on the page.

Will you restock sold-out items?

Except for Body care products and tools, we may not restock most of our items. However, you can pre-order items that are out of stock or not on our site. Just contact us with the details. 

What payment types does HNF Essentials accept?

We accept Visa, MasterCard, PayPal, Bank deposits and Cash on delivery. 

What about my privacy?

HNF Essentials is committed to protecting your privacy. We do not collect card information and only use necessary information to make shopping at HNF Essentials a memorable experience.

How do I track my Order?

You will receive a shipping confirmation message via email and/or SMS once your order has left our warehouse that includes a tracking link for your order. You can also track online.

How do I cancel or change my order?

Because your order is processed as quickly as possible, there is a 1 hour window for order cancellation. Please call Customer Service at 8764169470 immediately if you have placed an order in error.

What shipping options does HNF Essentials offer?

We currently offer zip mail Service Island wide from the Santa Cruz Post Office which costs $400 and takes 1-3 business days to arrive. We also do cash on delivery as well as drop off in Santa Cruz, St. Elizabeth, Jamaica.

Does HNF Essentials ship internationally?

Yes! We do ship internationally through the registered mailing service. Just contact us and we will check it out for you. 

Do you offer Cash on Delivery?

We currently only provide cash on delivery for Santa Cruz, Maggotty and surrounding areas. 

What is your return policy?

Any new, unused item purchased at HNF Essentials may be exchanged within 7 days of purchase.  Unfortunately we do not offer cash refund at this time. 

 

Note: The following items cannot be returned or exchanged: underwear, swimwear, lingerie, custom made jewelry, opened soaps, oils, lip balms and scrubs.

What if I received a defective or wrong item?

Even though all orders are checked carefully for faults, should you receive a damaged, defective, or incorrect item, please contact us immediately by calling (876) 416-9470 and we will work things out. 

How do I leave a review?

We are grateful for your support and appreciate you making a review. You can write reviews on the products after you receive the order by going on “Orders” and “Review Orders”.
